About Me
Beth joined Sentinel in January 2021, previously working at Horizon Bank for 13 years as a Senior Plan Administrator.
Beth's main job responsibilities include: being the Plan's day-to-day point of contact to help with whatever may come up as it pertains to the retirement plan; compiling annual census data, performing the compliance testing and allocations and finalizing the Annual Valuation requirements for each plan year; and building a strong relationship with each of her clients.
Beth enjoys helping clients fully understand the benefits offered in hopes that they can better communicate the offerings to their employees. She also likes to help clients connect the dots on our procedures to work more effectively together and make the required annual work be a smoother process. Professionally, Beth is involved in the Cultural & Belonging Council at Sentinel.

Out of the Office
Beth is a Varsity Cheerleading Coach for her community's local high school. In her free time, Beth likes to hang out with family watching sports, listening to music, grilling and smoking food outside. She especially likes traveling with family and experiencing something new. Her favorite quote is, "Hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard".
